These solutions extended the underwriting processes to the brokers and agents, eliminating the drawbacks of manual processing (paper handling, manual data entry, back and forth communications). This enabled the brokers to receive instant decisions on their loan submissions.

Custom Support Software

Implemented ‘standalone’ broker support systems that underwrote loans according to the nation’s top subprime underwriting guidelines including: Ameriquest Mortgage Company, Fremont Investment Loan, Long Beach Mortgage, Matrix Financial Services, New Century Financial Corporation, NovaStar Mortgage and Fieldstone Mortgage.

Software Solutions

Provided a unique cloud-based Loan Modification Software Solution that became the prominent decision-support tool for the distressed housing market. The decisioning for the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) as well as other loan, foreclosure and short sale analytics were used by banks, attorneys, and mediation firms nationwide to help tens of thousands of homeowners avoid foreclosure by obtaining more affordable loan modifications.
